Come join us at the Brain Wise Solutions office for “Inclusive yoga”. FREE on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6pm to 7pm. Please arrive 10-15minutes early and we encourage folks to stay for 10-15 minutes after for conversation and connection. Yoga mats are provided, or you can bring your own. We are asking for a minimum donation of $5 per class but give what feels good to you.
