Jessica Williams
Jessica Williams is a forensic social worker and trauma-informed care strategist with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of psychology, criminal justice, and community-based services.
Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from California State University, Fresno. Her expertise is grounded in both academic knowledge and real-world application—from working with justice-involved individuals as a Mitigation Specialist to overseeing family reunification cases and child welfare policies at the county level.
As Strategy Manager, Jessica oversees the full lifecycle of Brain Wise Solutions’ initiatives. From program design and curriculum development to implementation, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement. She specializes in aligning neuroscience-based, trauma-informed practices with organizational goals, funding requirements, and community needs. Jessica also manages cross-sector collaborations, ensuring that grant-funded projects are both mission-aligned and impact-driven.
Jessica brings a unique lens shaped by years of working in criminal defense, juvenile justice, and social services, and is committed to transforming systems by educating and equipping those on the front lines. Through Brain Wise Solutions, she partners with government agencies, schools, nonprofits, and medical providers to advance healing-centered, neuroscience-informed approaches that improve outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.
